Ginny

This handsome guy is Ginny! He had the absolute BEST personality when he arrived in May. He loved anyone that would give him a glance. He stood happily the second week he was here for a group of Cloverbud 4H kids to scratch on him and feed him treats. He was adopted to Shelly Fausnight of Newcomerstown, OH. He was neglected severely while in her care and was brought back to FPF. Ginny didn’t have that same tinkle in his eye that he had always had before. You could tell his spirit had been broken. With a lot of love and groceries, he was on his way to a full recovery when Laura Linnell of southern Ohio fell in love with that teddy bear face. He is now finishing up rehabbing at their farm with his new friend Pepper, an Arabian. They are doing a fantastic job as you can see in the last picture. I think he is even starting to get that gleam back in his eyes! We are so happy that he is able to thrive in his new and ever so loving home with the Linnell’s!

There is also a 2008 USDA/Ohio Dept of Agriculture citation against them for Non-burial of Livestock after they left a horse lying in a ditch for days unnoticed by anyone that resides at the farm -- only the children who ride the bus past the farm daily to school.
