The following are some rules and regulations to ensure a smooth process. These rules and regulations are valid after May 25, 2010.

Bidding:
To place a bid on an item simply comment on the photo album of the item. For items with multiple photos, please bid/comment under the photo album, not the individual photos unless otherwise stated. Any bids placed on individual photos may be disregarded unless otherwise stated in the auction listing – i.e. photo album.

Reserve Price:
A reserve price may be set on any item at auction. If bidding on an item fails to reach the reserve price by the auction end the item may be relisted at a later date.

Winning:
If you have won an item a FPF admin will comment letting you know you’ve won. You must post a comment acknowledging that you have won the item. This ensures you are responsible for payment of the item. A screenshot of the winning comments will be taken by an admin within 24 hours of the auction end.

Payments:
If you have won an item, payment of that item is due within 7 days of the auction ending. If there is a problem and you cannot complete the payment within 7 days of the auction ending, please let one of the admins know promptly.

• Money orders or checks* made out to Frog Pond Farm Draft Rescue

*Checks may be held for 7-14 days to assure clearance. (This means your item may not ship for 7-14 days after your check is received). You will receive a $20.00 fee for each returned check.

Return Policy:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:
We are willing to ship all over the world. However, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the item won. If there are additional fees for international shipping, the buyer is responsible. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are optional on all auctions unless stated otherwise.

Shirts and Hoodies

This logo is what is put on the front of hoodies or rear of zip ups. The hoodies are Jerzees, 8 oz. 50/50, and the colors are as follows:

Other colors and sizes available but Jerzees is not guaranteed. Gildan is the back-up brand when someone wants a specific color and size or when there is colors on back-order. Both brands are quality and simular in type. You can use any color with your logo.

Addition lettering on back is extra depending upon amount of request on back. Full back generally is $5 for one color. You can add your name, or STAFF if you are a BOD member, VOLUNTEER if you assist us, or SUPPORTER if your a fan of Frog Pond Farm!

Usually 3-5 days time is fine after the reciept of the order, meaning holidays and weekends not included. Will combine shipping with what will fit for one price
